Working within a brand new 4 bedded EBD childrens residential home
ZG Recruitment is working with a fabulous childrens organisation who is looking to open this first ever childrens home and therefore looking for a candidate with Childrens Registered Home Manager experience, a good ofsted report and relevant qualifications. This role is a full time and permanent role for someone who is wanting to take their next step in their career by building a brand-new service for 12-16 years old children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will bplay a huge part in the start of this process. The home is ready to open and only needs to be furnished.
This organisation opened approx 3 years ago and owns 3 transitional services around the country for 16-18 years old children.
To apply for this role, we are looking for someone who first and foremost will be passionate about the care children and young people receive. You will hold at least 1 years experience as a Childrens Registered Home Manager, you will hold 1 good ofsted report and will hold relevant qualifications. You will also ideally be a driver.
In return, you will receive £36,000 – £45,000 alongside benefits which will be confirmed at interview. 40 hours per week will be expected as part of your contract however these will be carried out as you see fit to ensure the home is meeting the best possible standards. You will also receive a supportive management team who will assist as and when they are needed.
