I have always worked across the health and social care sector covering the majority of needs; both children and adults care services alongside education.
I pride myself on customer service to both my clients and candidates. Having worked in both care and recruitment, I know exactly how it feels when clients are in need of staff and the consequences of not meeting ratios. I also know exactly what it feels like to change job and all the stresses that can go with that.
I am very adaptable and find the best way to work with my clients and candidates according to their requirements. I take my role of finding people new jobs and client’s new staff very seriously and will always be honest and open to allow the process to be as plain sailing as possible.
